Mr. Lindberg’s practice focuses primarily in the area of complex business litigation, both in state and federal courts, with an emphasis in real estate and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Lindberg also handles cases involving all types of contractual disputes as well as insurance related matters, including bad faith. Mr. Lindberg has been lead trial counsel in state and federal courts throughout the United States including Washington, D.C., Boston, Massachusetts, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Chicago, Illinois, Nevada, San Francisco, California, as well as all state and federal courts in Southern California.
