Jean began her paralegal career in 1993, initially working with sole practitioners, gaining experience in a variety of legal specialties as well as office management. Jean is familiar with matters related to civil litigation, business law and incorporation, probate law, including conservatorships and guardianships, trusts and estate planning, family law, personal injury, eviction and bankruptcy. Prior to joining WLF, Jean spent over four years with a firm specializing in civil defense, employment law and construct defection. In addition to preparing cases for trial, Jean’s duties included summarizing documents, issuing subpoenas, assisting with law and motion and performing research.

Hobbies & Interests
Jean was born in Scotland, but has lived in Southern California from an early age. Even so, she enjoys visiting Great Britain whenever possible. Jean is an active musician and plays the violin, as well as other instruments. She performs regularly with the Cypress Pops Orchestra and Bellflower Symphony. Jean regularly exercises and works out at the gym almost everyday and participates in local 5K and 10K races that benefit charities.

Gayle Delcoure is a paralegal at WLF l The Williams Lindberg Law Firm, PC. She is responsible for litigation management and case handling, preparing and responding to discovery requests, legal research including fact gathering and investigations, trial preparation, drafting and analyzing legal documents and preparing related matrices. Her other responsibilities include preparing and managing the firm's trademark and copyright applications and filings, organizing and managing the firm's construction defect cases and overseeing compliance with Case Management Orders.

Related Experience
Gayle’s prior paralegal experience includes work with firms specializing in construction defect where she was responsible for creation of matrices, attending site inspections and defense destructive testing, and prepared all necessary reports. She has also worked with intellectual property firms where she was project manager.

Prior to entering the legal field, Gayle was a project manager, responsible for training of employees and development of policies and procedures.

Lisa L. Chester is the Controller and CFO for
WLF | The Williams Lindberg Law Firm, PC and has been with the Firm since its inception. She manages all business, technology and financial aspects of the Firm.

California State University, Long Beach, BS Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate and Law.

Related Experience
Lisa brings to the Firm 20 years of entrepreneurial and corporate experience in finance, accounting and real estate, as well as experience in the start-up and growth of small and medium-sized companies. She has substantive information technology background and management experience and administers and manages the Firm's IT needs. She also brings a solid background in personnel management, as well as business consulting with business executives and owners. She has been involved in several industry-related organizations, often in leadership roles.

Leigh M. Dierck

Leigh Dierck is the Firm's Assistant Administrator. She assists the Firm's CFO with financial and accounting needs, the Administrator with general office and has taken a prominent role in the Firm's marketing efforts.

Related Experience
Leigh holds a BA degree in Art History from the University of California, Los Angeles. Since graduation, Leigh has transitioned her education and applied it to business. She previously worked for a prominent company in the tech industry and developed the valuable assets of continuing her education and developing her teamwork skills.

Hobbies and Interests

When she's not working, Leigh enjoys listening to National Public Radio, reading, visiting museums, and watching television.

   

Jeffrey J. Boyd

Jeffrey is in his third year at Chapman University. He is working towards his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing.

Jeffrey has extensive background in set-up, and implementation of business infrastructure within the real estate and lending industries. His skill and ability in the areas of attorney support, client service, marketing and processing, in addition to excellent organizational skills and efficient execution of tasks makes him a valuable asset to the firm.

Lupe Velazquez

Lupe Velazquez is a valuable asset to
WLF | The Williams Lindberg Law Firm, PC, in many areas. She assists our Controller in maintaining financial records and preparing monthly invoices. She is responsible for updating and indexing case files, assisting attorneys and paralegals with document duplication and processing marketing materials.

Related Experience
Lupe has been with the Firm since its inception and her previous experience includes many years in family management and two years in accounting. She emigrated to the United States from Puebla, Mexico, with a high school degree from her home town. Lupe has learned and now speaks fluent English and frequently handles translation of the Firm’s legal documents between Spanish and English. She has become a permanent resident of the United States and completed American high school in Corona, California in only one year, with a 4.0 average.

Lupe enjoys traveling, bicycle riding and reading.
