The Firm also contracts with forensic insurance investigators to reconstruct lost or missing insurance policies to obtain insurance coverage for its clients. The Firm has also successfully represented clients in coverage disputes, insurance company liquidation matters and bad-faith cases where insurance companies have wrongfully denied coverage to our clients.
